ZD DESIGN has designed Majlis in the Middle East that totals 1250 Sqm of floor space. The building features no obscurities that take away from the overall grand ambience, that things such as stray trees or shrubs would impede. Majlis has been divided into 7 elements, a fantastic combination of wood, external and internal brick walls, luxury beige marble flooring with inserted melted glass blocks.

Glass mosaic has been used for the floor to ensure the temperature within the building juxtaposes that of outside, meaning those inside can enjoy a sweet cold relief.

The first few elements of the building that can be noticed is the gushes of water coming out of a stream to create a refreshing atmosphere, marble steps that direct you to a modern looking dark wood and stainless steel door

A stunning fragment of the overall beauty of the building is situated on the main lobby hall entrance, where an underground fish aquarium is housed. This is encased by walkable tempered glass.

The third distinguishable element of the building is the main underfloor sitting area, where most social activities such as sitting down and chatting occur. The area has been adorned with comfortable sofas and an overall aroma of enjoyment and peace.

A large dining table that can facilitate around 40 people can be found at the same level as the hall entrance. The lower dining area has been specifically designed for Eid, and the time of celebration that comes with it. There is a high level of convenience also as food can come in and out without disturbing the guests. A catering storage unit can be found on the side for the service team.

The washing area has been designed to an extremely high standard and customers know when using it of its value.

This has been done by using lux finishes and designs.

Lastly, the main kitchen has a variety of features, some of which include easy access to the rest of the building, an external appearance made with brick cladding, dark solid wood pergolas and window frames, also including grey slated roofing.
